How far out is the build schedule?
Build timelines can vary depending on the scope of work, materials selected, and current demand. Our general lead time typically looks like 6-8 weeks. Once your estimate is finalized, we’ll give you a more clear idea of scheduling and keep you informed as your project moves forward.

Do I need to pay a deposit to get started?
We require a 50% deposit at the time the contract is signed to move forward, with the remaining 50% due once the project is completed.

Do I need to be home for the estimate?
Not always. In some cases, we’re able to use satellite imaging and measurements to prepare an estimate without an on-site visit. If a site visit is needed, we’ll coordinate a time that works for you.

Can I choose materials, colors, or upgrades?
Absolutely. You’ll be guided through material options, color selections, and any upgrade choices so the finished project reflects what you want for your home.

What if I'm not ready to move forward right away?
That’s completely fine. Some homeowners move forward quickly, while others take time to plan. There’s no pressure- we’re here to support you when you’re ready.
